OG Apparel Shipping Policy

OG Apparel products are made and decorated to order. Please allow approximately 4–6 business days for production before your order ships.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is $8.00 within the United States. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Once production is complete, standard shipping transit time is typically 1–5 business days. Production time is separate from shipping transit time and may vary depending on the product, decoration method, inventory availability, and order volume.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may be produced or fulfilled from different locations. If your order contains multiple items, the items may occasionally arrive in separate packages or at different times. Available tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Shipping Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times after an order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you discover an error, contact OG Apparel as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
